When you arrive at Fraiche, please send a text message or use the callbox (dial Fraiche Studio) and we will buzz you in and meet you at the front door.
Please arrive on time to ensure a timely treatment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.
Street parking is available on the surrounding streets, please note it is free and not metered.
Look for our studio, located in the John Eben Wright House on the corner of SW King and SW Taylor.
Policies
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. We require 24-hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. A $30 charge will be assessed at the discretion of your esthetician.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date of purchase, in the form of studio credit for defective retail products. No refunds or credits are issued for services rendered.
